How does Microdermabrasion work
Medical Microdermabrasion is a suction treatment that stimulates blood circulation resulting in new collagen and elastin production, which allows for the new and much healthier layer of skin to grow naturally. The procedure is not painful; in fact, it feels sort of like a massage.
The steps involve:
1. Exfoliation Mechanism with the use of a diamond tip, which will allow an easy and safe gliding over the smallest pores.
2. Vacuum Mechanism, which will maintain a deep suction of the dead skin cells, will be able to unclog the pores, and increase blood circulation. An increase of the blood circulation will generate oxygen to the skin, as well as stimulate collagen and elastin formation, which will build a healthier skin layer.
Our intention is to ensure that each customer takes note of the additional information on our website to the consultation that will take place in person, where all of the benefits as well as the risks and substitutes can be discussed.
Q: How many Microdermabrasion treatments will I need?
A: The amount of treatments that you will require depends on your skin type as well as the condition that you are coming with. Before the treatment begins, it is important to attend a consultation session with one of our professional medical aestheticians, who will answer all of your specific questions and guide you through the process. Even so, an average of 4-6 treatments is typically required to clear the desired area, followed by the refresher sessions every few months.
Note that for more dramatic results there may be substitutes and/or additional treatments depending on your desired wishes. (Example: Photo Rejuvenation)
Q: What do I need to do after Microdermabrasion treatment?
A: It is very important to stay out of the sun after the treatment and apply an SPF 30+ to reduce any sun damage. The skin may stay dry for a short period of time after the treatment so you must simply hydrate it with a moisturizing cream.
Q: Is Microdermabrasion painful?
A: This treatment is non-invasive and non-painful. It is very comfortable and feels like a suction massage, and can be compared to a scrub or a facial treatment.
I've never tried laser treatment in my life and actually I was kinda skeptical. I started with my Brazilian and as soon as I got a result after my second treatment I bought a package for my full legs. Guys, you are amazing! Thank you kindly for your friendly atmosphere and professional staff. I'm so excited about my results.
Thank you so much Royal Aesthetic Club! Good luck, guys!
I came to Royal Aesthetic Spa for the first time and got a Microdermabrasion treatment. Before I went in, my skin was rough and felt very unclean and I couldn’t do anything about it for many months. Getting inflamed pores on a regular basis was normal. However, after my very first treatment I could see some outstanding results. My skin began to feel like baby’s skin, moisturized and I felt very clean. Thank you RAC I will definitely continue this treatment because I was very happy with my results!
